Training for the Treatment of Trauma

Traditional psychotherapy addresses the cognitive and emotional elements of trauma, but lacks techniques that work directly with the physiological elements, despite the fact that trauma profoundly affects the body and many symptoms of traumatized individuals are somatically driven.

  6. April 30-May 1, 2010
  7. June 4-6, 2010

Please note that the October and June weekends are 3 days long. The others are 2 days long.

Times: Fridays 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm, Saturdays 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, Sundays 9:30 am - 4:30 pm (Oct & June only)

Prerequisites:

To qualify, applicants must be graduate students, clinical interns or licensed in their field and state.
